What we collect through this website, why, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The short version
We collect only what you type into the quote form or send us directly, and we use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.
What the quote form collects
- Your name and phone number, so we can reply.
- Your email address and company or role, if you choose to give them.
- The products you’re asking about, with sizes, quantities and notes.
- The project type, and the city and state where the site is.
- Whether you need installation, your timeline, and how you’d like us to reply.
We use these details to understand your project, prepare a quote and contact you about it.
Who receives it
When you send the form, your answers go to our team through a form service that delivers them to our inbox. That service processes the details on our behalf. If you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, the message opens in WhatsApp on your device and is sent only if you send it; WhatsApp’s own privacy terms then apply.
What’s kept on your device
To save you retyping, this website stores a few things in your browser’s local storage: the products in your enquiry, a draft of the quote form while you fill it in, and your answer to the analytics question. They stay on your device, aren’t sent to us, and you can clear them at any time (the quote form has a “Clear draft” link, and sending the form clears it).
Analytics
This website doesn’t currently use analytics. If that changes, we’ll ask before any analytics loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to quote for and deliver your project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct or update them, or ask us to delete them. You can also withdraw consent you’ve given.
