An arch in GRC is cast to the exact curve of your opening, with its moulding, keystone and surround as part of the same design. We make entrance arches, surrounds for existing openings, and runs of arches for verandahs and corridors.
Traditional profiles (pointed, multifoil, semicircular) and contemporary ones are made the same way, from a mould drawn for the project.
What’s confirmed per project
The profile, how the arch is divided into pieces, the finish and the fixing are confirmed per project. Measure the opening at its widest and at the top of the curve.

Semicircular, segmental, pointed, multifoil and contemporary profiles are all possible, because each mould is made to your drawing. We'll confirm the shape and how the arch is divided into pieces.
Can an arch be fitted to an opening that's already built?
Usually, yes, as an arch surround. Send the measured opening and photos, and we'll tell you what we need.
